Monday welcomes

Welcome today to Carmelita who joins Room 3. It is great to have you and your family as part of our school community.
Welcome also to Stacey ( lecturer from the University of Canterbury)- who is visiting Bronwyn, as part of her teacher training programme.

Apologies to those all set for the Room 4 camp meeting this afternoon . We have had to postpone it until next Monday as Sue is home with an unwell Lochie.
We hope to see you all here same time next week

Learning Interviews

Thanks to everyone who has been involved in our goal setting interviews, this week.
Last nights evening ran smoothly and everyone was punctual which really helped!

These conversations form the basis for each child's learning for the next terms work and are vital so we can wrap learning programmes around each child, to meet their individual needs.
Thank you to the teachers who continue to put long hours into planning to make sure these are highly valuable.
By next Tuesday we will have met with each family - which is fantastic !
This is partnership in action!!
